Oku Japan Attended Tsumago's Wachino Shrine Festival

Oku Japan were invited to join the Wachino Shrine Festival activities during 2019's event. A member of our team, Shinya, even participated and alongside the local men of Tsumago, carried the Mikoshi shrine through the town.

 

The festival took place on the 23 and 24 of July, with 24 July marked as the main event when festivities were at their height. There was an air of excitement throughout Tsumago and a sense of pride and joy amongst the locals. We are deeply appreciative and humbled to have been invited to join and are looking forward to further developing our ties to the community.
